DETERMINATION OF PARAMETERS ON THE AIR SPRING RUBBER-CORD SHELL LOAD CHARACTERISTICS FOR THE SECONDARY SUSPENSION OF TRANSPORT AND TECHNOLOGICAL MACHINES

Abstract

Shows a block diagram of calculation of pneumatic elastic element for the secondary suspension of transport and technological machines. It is proved that the load characteristic of an elastic element for these systems should be presented in the form of a polynomial in powers of a deflection of pneumoelement and proposed analytical expressions to calculate their geometric parameters. This will allow for the design stage of the secondary suspension systems of vehicles to develop a flexible element with a prescribed load characteristic.
