Abstract

In difference from materials widely represented in domestic and foreign science–technical end inquiry literature in the first part of article the necessity during laboratory and stand tests of tribotechnical systems is theoretically substantiated. It’s important to take into account interconnection of dynamic processes proceeding on the frictional contact and in mechanical system, to provide identical parameters of macro- and micro roughness of contacting surfaces, physics–mechanical properties of tribocontact, and also dynamic characteristics of natural object and its physical model. in the second part of article the method of physics–mathematical simulation is represented for ex-ample of frictional system «track–rolling» stock.

Keywords: frictional communication; rolling stock; traction effort; coefficient coupling; wheel couple.
