INVESTIGATION OF THE PROPERTIES PROTOTYPES OF CELLULAR THERMAL INSULATION OF BUILDING GLASS MATERIALS

Abstract

The article presents the technology of producing the heat-insulating building cellular glass-materials: thermal insulation panels and constructional insulation blocks, gravel for concrete, based on slag waste of Novocherkassk TPP and Taganrog metallurgical factory. Proportions of raw materials and the temperature-time regimes production prototypes developed heat-insulating building cellular glass-materials of construction have been presented, as well as test results of research their properties (density, strength, thermal conductivity, water absorption, frost resistance and al.).
