Abstract

The problem of the need to increase the flow rate of wells in the development of oil and gas fields on the territory of the Russian Federation with the use of proppants is described. The average chemical composition of proppants is given. Studies of the chemical and phase composition of drilling cuttings from the Morozovskoye field have been carried out, and the possibility and prospects for the synthesis of aluminosilicate proppants based on them have been shown. Raw mixtures have been developed and laboratory samples of proppants have been prepared for the study of physical and mechanical properties (density and strength). In the course of the studies carried out, the optimal composition of the raw mixture and the firing mode of the proppants were determined. It was found that to ensure strength (over 68.9 MPa) and optimal sintering temperature (1100 °C), it is necessary to introduce modifying additives, wt. %: aluminum oxide – 5.0, cullet BT-1 - 20, NaF (over 100 wt. %) – 4.
